21 Apr 2021: What We’ve Been Up To.

What a busy start to 2021 it has been!

Lance and the team at Len Pro Building have been flat out this year but wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

We have been missing in action, but we are back and better than ever, ready to deliver some great blog post content again.

So, the golden question… what have we been up to?

Let’s give you all a quick update!

First of all, our team had a lovely, well-needed break to finish off the year that was and welcomed 2021 with friends and family.

After our break, we got straight back to work!

We continued our larger builds, while also completing some smaller renos along the way.

Our expansive build happening at Pokolbin is coming along nicely and already looking so impressive! The scaffolding has recently been removed from the exterior and the inside is now starting to take shape. We also commenced an exciting new build in Cessnock, which began at the start of March. After a surprise encounter with a monstrous amount of rock under the site’s surface, the slab has finally been poured, allowing the team to move onto constructing the frame for this luxury home.

We are so proud to be personally working in collaboration with our amazing clients; we love nothing more, than being able to transform their visions into their dream homes, at the highest standard.

Lance decided to invest in a drone to capture some epic progress shots and videos of the current builds. We have been busy (having a blast!) becoming pros at flying this bad boy. (Keep a look out for our awesome drone content on our social media 😉 @lenprobuilding)

The Len Pro Team has expanded!

In January, our Admin and Marketing Co-ordinator Emily welcomed her wonderful baby boy Otis to the world, adding to their beautiful family of now four. Congrats again Em and Jacob!

While Emily prepared for the new arrival, we also welcomed Kaylee to the Len Pro team, who has been enjoying her time with us throughout 2021 in her new position. Keep your eye out for her “Meet the Team” profile!

In the month of March, the ludicrous amount of rain we experienced on the Eastern side of Australia, unfortunately wasn’t in our favour. We were held back in regard to our current workload, which required the rescheduling of some of our trades and arranged jobs for these projects.

However, we are extremely lucky that we did not experience any severe flooding or threatening circumstances, which we are aware that many towns and individuals did encounter. We send all of our love and best wishes to those who were affected during this time.

Our team does love a challenge and as soon as the weather allowed us, we were straight back into our tasks at hand, which are now moving in the right direction.

Over these few months, we have already had an amazing number of enquiries from potential clients, who have some exciting projects in mind for us!

We cannot wait to see what the rest of this year has in store for Len Pro Building.
