Len Pro Building was born from a desire to create projects of originality, innovation and distinction. The houses we create are bespoke, luxury family homes.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience out of trade and will be proficient in all aspects of carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry work to a high standard, including but not limited to framing, cladding, and interior fix-out.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and protocols.
- Participate in residential and new home builds from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Carpentry.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant carpentry experience out of trade.
- Valid car license.
- Proven experience across all aspects of carpentry, including framing, cladding, and fix-out.
- Capacity to work unsupervised and take initiative.
- Experience in residential and new home builds is essential.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will hold a valid car license and White Card, demonstrating a strong commitment to workplace safety policies and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labour tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Help set up and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Support carpenters and other tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe work site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Assist in the transport of materials and tools as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid car license.
- White Card (construction safety induction card).
- Previous experience in a labouring role or construction is advantageous, but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety policies and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labourAd tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
