Len Pro Building has been awarded one of the housing industry’s highest recognitions, as HIA-CSR Hunter Home of the Year.
Judged by industry professionals, the awards acknowledge the talent of designers, builders, suppliers and manufacturers who plan and construct quality new homes, townhouses, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor projects.
Located at Cessnock the 2014 Hunter Home of the Year had earlier in the evening taken out the ‘Renovation / Addition Project of the Year award’. Against strong competition this spectacular renovation espouses attention to detail and magical workmanship. The incredible attention to detail is on display covering all aspects of the home from the front entry to all internal works’ said the judges. ‘The project demonstrates exceptional quality and it is this that ensured that this project stands head and shoulders above all other finalists.

Len Pro Building Pty Ltd were announced as winners of the ‘Best Custom Built Home – $1 million – $1.5 million’ category, for our recent new build located in the heart of Cessnock in 2022. At the awards night Lance and the Len Pro Team were accompanied by the client of the build and architect Sarah Waller, who travelled to the Hunter Valley all the way from Noosa, Queensland.
The HIA awards are held in the highest regard within the residential building community and have grown to become the state’s most distinguished Housing Awards program.
